Who is Aedena Rovers and where are you based?
Aedena Rovers is a private Kenya safari house co-founded by Titus Omondi Apiyo (Kenyan, based in Belgium) and Paul Okong'o (former physician, based in Nairobi). Titus is your European point of contact throughout. Paul manages all Kenya ground operations — from airport arrival to every lodge and game drive — bringing the precision and accountability of his medical background to safari operations. We are our own licensed company. All bookings and invoices are with Aedena Rovers directly.
Can I pay in Euros or Swiss Francs?
We show prices in EUR first, then USD. We invoice in EUR or CHF on request. Please mention your currency preference when enquiring and we will accommodate it from the outset.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit at reserveing confirmation to secure all reservations. 70% balance 45 days before departure. For late bookings (less than 60 days to departure), 100% is due at confirmation. We invoice in EUR, CHF, or USD by bank transfer to Aedena Rovers Ltd.
How far in advance should I reserve?
For peak season (July–October, Great Migration) we recommend 9–12 months in advance, particularly for Giraffe Manor and Angama Mara which have very limited availability. Low season travel can often be arranged within 4–6 weeks.
What does "fully appointed" mean exactly?
All lodge accommodation, all game drives (private vehicle exclusively for your party), all meals and non-premium beverages, all park and conservancy fees, and all internal transfers. International flights to and from Nairobi are not included — we can recommend trusted flight options on request.
